How quickly can care begin?
In many cases we can begin care within a few days of the initial intake. Timelines depend on the schedule, the level of support requested, and caregiver matching. We'll give you a realistic timeline during the consult.
Do you provide medical or skilled nursing care?
No — Home Care Connections NC provides non-medical in-home care. That includes personal care, companionship, medication reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, respite, and similar daily living support. We do not provide skilled nursing, medication administration, wound care, or clinical treatment.
What insurance or payment options do you accept?
We work with insurance options and help families understand available payment pathways. Coverage and eligibility may vary by plan, so we'll review your specific situation during the intake conversation.
How are caregivers selected?
All caregivers go through a screening and training process before serving clients. We match caregivers to clients based on the specific needs of the care plan and personal compatibility.
What areas do you serve?
